How many weeks along were you when you looked pregnant?

I am 16 weeks pregnant and have my midway ultrasound in 2 weeks but I don't look pregnant at all. This is my second and it seems like with my first I was looking pregnant by the time I had the ultrasound so I am just curious what everyone elses experience is. Also my uterus is measuring normal.
