How do I clean gles that have anti-reflective coating?

My gles have the anti-reflective coating on them and they are impossible to clean. They stay streaky no matter what I clean them with. I have had this coating before and have had the same problem, but was told that if I got the Scotch Guard it would help the streaking, but it didn't. Any suggestions?
