I got drunk & professed too much... I feel that I scared him off or crossed the line with him...?

Youve only been talking for three weeks, No man wants to commit to a woman after only 3 weeks.. It takes time to get to know a person.. And it seems like you showed him your crazy a little too much and a little too quickly.. It very well may have scared him away.. The more you bug him, the more it'll push him from you. Give the guy some space, if he doesn't bother to contact you in a few days, just text him wanting your clothes & stuff. See if he wants you to stop by and get them or if he offers to drop them outside your house on his way to work, that'll give some input on how hes feeling as well.
