Do tourists get hled a lot in Tunisia?

I have never been to Morocco but yes you do get hled in Tunisia , I remember being almost dragged into shops and persuaded on one occasion to buy jewellery I had no intention of buying and I remember a man perching a bird on top of my head taking a picture with my camera and then demanding payment, if you are wise and say no you should have no problem just accept the pestering as normal behaviour and ignore it
