Lol i have this weird problem going on with my pc's cd-rom...?

For some strange reason my cd-rom drive wont open and thats not even the spooky part...every time I'm not trying to open it it opens by itself and goes in and out lol. can someone tell me how to fix this problem. The only thing i can think of is to tape it down so it wont come out or get a new one.it wont open when i press the on either.
