If I lose to small claim court from landlord can she claim the money if I file for bankruptcy?

I am paying installment to file for bankruptcy and I am doing it because we foreclosed our house and had a repossessed car after almost divorce problem we had few years back. When we got back we went to rent a house with my parents and it was an awfull old house and landlord was asking us to pay for tiny damages. We finally moved out when the landlord was getting unreasonable and Housing Right didn't even call back to help but only mailed us copy of our right. Now landlord is suing us for backrent for month of April even we moved out April 2nd. Also we took the popcorn ceiling out from the living room and master bedroom because it was falling off to my kids and we did it ourselves and then painted it but it wasn't done professionally so she is charging us for this as property damage also. Now we are due to small claim court this coming June but I will be done my payment for bankruptcy on August. If my landlord win, can I include this on my bankruptcy as credit. And what if my father is not filling for bankruptcy and his name is included to the lease, can our landlord claim the money from him cause he's not filling for bankruptcy.
