Movie Question- Jury Switched at End?

i'm looking for this movie where the jury is switched at the end of the movie when the prosecutors give a note to the judge with the amount of money that was paid to each member of the jury and the judge himself to let a murderer go free. i don't really remember anything else, but i think its pretty famous and is an old movie.
