Whats The Name of this movie? Please!?

This guy gets beat up by this girl and her friends i think, and they dump his body in a drainage pipe because they think he is dead, but he isn't, and he haunts the girl and tells her to go find him, she takes his body to the hospital and the mom slaps her after he wakes up. That's all i remember.
