Mother problems?

You need to call Child Protective Services in your area. You need food and you need schooling, and your mother needs help. She is not functioning well and you shouldn't be in that environment. It may make her angry but you shouldn't be isolated like that with two people who do not sound stable. Do you have any family who could take you in for a while?
