Ever get the feeling that shrinks shrug you off when they realize your problem doesn't seem that bad?

you are in pain.. but aren't we all?.. it's not about shrinks - all they do is just sit and listen.. YOU are the one doing all the work - you talk, you explain, you suggest things, you walk them through the situations - and in the process YOU are the one coming up with the solutions.. all they do is just word them differently in a very generic and non-offensive way. that's all.. i suggest that you try and use your friends for this purpose - it's cheaper and you get a better feedback..
