I need to glue Plastic to Plastic.? (Drums for Rockband)?

I need a Very strong adhesive for this.I have the drums for rockband and my daughter was messing around and snapped the last plastic drum off which is all plastic and I just got this 2 days ago.I need something strong enough to hold this up on its own so when you hit it with the stick,it wont break off....
